The parrots know what the bag looks like and do acrobatics in their cages until I put some in their bowls. I'm allowed a crumb once in a while.

These are the parrots extra treat with Nuts' pineapple pieces.

Very tasty. Option: I tried substituting oat milk (plain and unsweetened) for the water. Gloriously rich without the cholesterol.

I bought these for the majongg girls as I have been trying to diet. They love them. Most of them are dark chocolate fans. I am not, but, I do like these.
