These were not as good as my 1st order. They are ok but not as robust and flavorful. These were flat in taste and not as fresh.

The crystallized ginger has always been wonderful. This is my second time ordering them. Always fresh and tasty.

Nuts.com is the only place where I can find Ceylon in bulk and consistently good quality and for the best price!

taste was good but the coating was a little sticky causing pieces to stick together.

I cut each ring into 4-6 pieces then dip each piece into melted white chocolate then put gold sprinkles on top. Refrigerate for a few minutes till chocolate sets. I use milk chocolate for dried mango and dark for the dried apricots.

The only thing I don't like about these nuts is there are two many almonds
