This fudge surprised me! This is my first order from Nuts.com, so I have never tried their fudge before, but I was delighted to discover it had a very homemade taste and texture. It was soft, and very balanced. Unlike many other pumpkin flavored products which are either too sweet (making it impossible to appreciate the pumpkin flavor), or too heavy on one spice alone, I found this fudge to be very balanced in its sweetness and flavor. I was able to savor the sweetness from the fudge itself, while also tasting the spices associated with pumpkin pie. My dad tried it as well and LOVED it. He also said it had a strong clove taste, which would normally bother me since I'm not a huge clove person, but I guess in this fudge it worked out very well! Don't let me try to describe it though, get it yourself! I promise you won't be disappointed in neither the texture nor the taste of it ;) High quality! Lovely fudge!
