Sponge candy, also known as chocolate sponge or chocolate seafoam, is a billowy candy made of molasses. Surprisingly, these chocolate sponges pack a bit of crunch, similar to Butterfinger® or honeycomb. We bet these unusual and unusually delicious chocolate sponges wipe any blues away.
Ingredients:
Sugar, chocolate liquor, whole milk, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, and emuslifiers, salt, vanillin, corn syrup, molasses, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder, and cocoa powder.
