Fudge will stay fresh in an air tight container for up to 3 months. You can freeze it for up to a year. The fudge should not be refrigerated as it will cause the fudge to dry out.

The chocolate was a bit melted when it arrived. Not surprising since the temperature in Florida was over 85 degrees that week. However, after a brief stay in my refrigerator, it was as good as new. Delicious!
