I got these mainly for nausea, and they work alright. If you don't like ginger, don't get these. They have good flavor, but the ginger gets pretty spicy after a while. Again, great quality though. I don't give a poor review just cuz I didn't like something; as that's just my personal preference. If you do like ginger, than these are awesome.
