Great blend of garlic and herbs, a little bit heavy on the garlic but not overpowering to the dishes I have used it in. Just a sprinkle really sprices up vegetables and beans. Tried it on the Adzuki dried beans and boy was it good. And a pound is going to last a while! This would be a great stable spice for so many dishes.
