Follow our easy recipe below to make a creamy cheddar cheese sauce for macaroni, rice, or other pasta dishes. Pour the sauce over broccoli or asparagus for a cheesy side dish. White Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
Ingredients: 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of White Cheddar Cheese Powder.
Cooking Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Heat to 180F in a saucepan and hold the mixture on the heat for 5 minutes.
Storage
White Cheddar cheese powder has a long shelf-life and does not require refrigeration. It can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to a year. For longer storage, transfer the powder to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge or freezer.
Our white cheddar cheese powder is made from regular cheese that is dehydrated to remove its moisture content, so that the cheese can be kept for long-term storage. It takes three pounds of cheddar cheese to make two pounds of cheddar cheese powder.

First time ordering it. I always looked in stores or online for popcorn toppers and white cheddar cheese popcorn is one of my favs, especially Smartfood. BUT, I did a search on Nuts.com and found the White Cheddar Cheese Powder... WOW! Not salty tasting like the toppers, flavorful, right texture and just tried it on my popcorn last night, YUM! Nuts.com was nice enough to send in the box printed on paper a mac and cheese recipe. I am going to try their recipe next time. I will buy again in the future and highly recommend since it has sooooo good and has various uses!
