I loved the tomato, mushroom, and cheddar powders so I thought I'd try this one. However, it was stronger than I realized so the sauce I tried to make with this powder tasted a little weird (I might have used too much). I would love to see nuts.com post recipes with spinach powder so I can find better ways to use it.
