Our wheatgrass powder is considered one of the most potent leafy green powders, packed with beta-carotene, calcium, chlorophyll, fiber, iron and vitamin K. Wheatgrass is simply the sprouted shoot of wheat. Ground from all natural wheatgrass, this powder is non-GMO.
Taste and Uses
Wheatgrass powder has a slightly grassy flavor with a tinge of sweetness. Enjoy wheatgrass powder in juices, smoothies, or water. Add wheatgrass powder to even more everyday foods such as salad dressing, or a dip like guacamole! 1-3 servings are recommended per day.
To make wheatgrass juice, mix 2 teaspoons of wheatgrass powder with 8 ounces of water. For a refreshing smoothie, blend a few teaspoons of the powder with a mixture of fresh and frozen fruits, and your favorite kind of milk or yogurt.
