How to Use Pretzel Salt
Pretzel salt should be added prior to baking soft pretzels. Brush the formed pretzel dough with an egg and water mixture, and then generously sprinkle them with the pretzel salt. Transfer your soft pretzels to the oven for baking.

Hey Nutty People! I got the pretzel salt today as promised. Love the packaging!! But what I really love is that it's exactly what I wanted. I've been making pretzels (for friends and family) for about 7 years now and have been looking for the right salt. I have ordered online before and end up getting some kind of coarse grind salt that I can get anywhere and have not been happy. I am so glad I found your website. This is it and it's perfect!
