Banana Chips Nutrition
Bananas are an excellent source of potassium and are considered soothing for upset, irritable stomach and bowels. Pectin, a soluble fiber in bananas helps ward off colon and pancreatic cancers. The dietary fiber, potassium and natural sugars in bananas make banana chips a great energy-boosting snack, especially for the recovery period. During strenuous physical activity, vitamins B6 and C along with potassium are depleted. Banana chips help restore these missing nutrients.
Banana chips have 180 calories per serving along with three grams of dietary fiber and just five milligrams of sodium.
Ingredients:
Bananas, Highly Refined Coconut Oil, Refined Cane Sugar, Banana Flavor. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

Our second order for these says a lot. We carry these and the mango in our auto for snacks on the road. It's hard to stop reaching for more banana chips. Most are just right on the crunchy factor, but watch out for the occasional really hard ones....you don't want to break a tooth!
