2 Tsp of lime crystals is the equivalent of 1Tbsp of lime juice. 6 tsp of lime crystals is equivalent to the juice of approximately 1 lime.
How to Make A Refreshing Beverage
Add 6-8 teaspoons of lime crystals to 8 ounces of water. Dissolve completely. Adjust the quantity based on your taste and sweeten as desired.

A great easysauce for fish or middle eastern dishes: half low-fat sour cream, half yogurt, grated garlic clove, salt, a sprinkle of lime crystals. Taste and add more crystals and salt as needed.
