This is the fourth time I've ordered these. They are super fresh and delivered unbelievably quickly. I usually rinse and soak these just for an hour or two and then either make almond milk or just eat them plainly. I'm planning to try roasting them in the oven at a very low heat with sea salt or maybe seasoning. I'm really happy I found this company.
