Aloha from Kauai, Hawaii. My wife's items which I ordered for her came today (3-29-2017), ahead of scheduled delivery. The ice packet was melted, but the chocolate covered almonds were perfect, not melted in any way shape or form, and they were not sticking to each other at all, very loose. Thank you for using a thermal bag. FYI; I'll be using this same bag for when I send frozen items to my daughter who live in Colorado, thank you again... Sincerely, Mike & Lori. In the past these have always lived up to the name, Supreme, but this batch wasn’t up to the usual standard. The almonds didn’t taste as fresh and the chocolate wasn’t quite the same either. Hopefully this is just a fluke. I will order them again in the future hoping they will be back to their usual perfection.

almonds were not great. They were not awful, but just not great. I have found the dark chocolate covered almonds a bit hit-and-miss. First time I ordered they were excellent, Then I got a really bad batch which you replaced. The next batch were excellent, this batch barely ok.
