We use toasted pecan pieces in breads, muffins, on top of pancakes & waffles, and in cookies/desserts. Or on top of vegan vanilla ice cream with ceylon cinnamon...it's reminiscent of butter pecan ice cream. for toasted pecans, just bake 7 min on parchment paper in a preheated 350F oven...so buttery and delicious!
