Not at all what we expected but quite good, nontheless. Reminiscent of the Melba Toast we used to eat first as todlers, then as adults as crutons in our salads. Haven't seen those in years, but these will do quite nicely in our salads. I also like to grab a handful for a snack every now and then. They are filling and satisfying with just the righ amount of salt and crunch. We will buy them again.
