Terrible for my weight. Once I eat one, I am hooked. Must be toasted for 6 min. @350 degrees on a bakery sheet to bring out the full flavor.

Pretty beans. Great everyday coffee. Combines well with decaf if you like several cups but do not want too much caffeine.
